Our story backdates to 1945, when Irving Missner started Missner Construction, since then we have expanded, and become a privately held real estate development, construction, and asset management firm, headquartered in Suburban Chicago, (Des Plaines). Now in our third generation of family ownership, we strive to be the best Real Estate Developer in the Chicagoland area.

OUR HISTORY
The firm was established in 1945 by Irving Missner with a core set of philosophies: to practice honesty, integrity, and provide value to every project; to understand not only the client’s needs but also their business goals and operations; and to complete each project efficiently and effectively.
