Meet Torre Kennedy: Keeping the Wheels Turning at TMG

As Office Manager at The Missner Group, Torre Kennedy plays a key role in keeping daily operations on track. She was drawn to this field not by chance, but by a genuine love for organization, communication, and helping teams work better together.

“I’ve always enjoyed creating systems that make people’s jobs easier,” Torre says. “Being able to support different departments and help things run smoothly is really rewarding for me.”

At TMG, Torre helps keep the focus on what matters most—delivering great work. Whether it’s improving internal processes, organizing schedules, or anticipating what a team might need next, she’s always looking for ways to create clarity and efficiency behind the scenes.

She stays motivated by knowing her work has an impact, even if it’s not always front and center. “Even small improvements can make a big difference,” she says. “I like being part of something where every role matters.”

What Torre values most about TMG is the team environment. “People here take pride in their work and really show up for each other,” she adds. “That makes it a great place to grow.”

Outside of work, Torre enjoys reading, going to concerts, and spending time with her family. She credits her mom as her biggest inspiration—someone who taught her the importance of hard work, self-awareness, and staying grounded.
