Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include assisting Project Managers with administrative duties, bidding, awarding contracts, scheduling and overall project management, both in the office and in the field

  • Assist with estimating, proposal preparation, applications for payment, scheduling, submittal tracking, safety, cost reporting and problem solving

  • Ability to work in a team environment with all entities in and out of house on a project

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience should be in the areas of Commercial and Industrial Construction

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience required

  • Must have Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field

  • Some field experience would be a plus

  • Excellent computer and communication skills is a must. Knowledge in Sage SCPC, Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook

  • Must be motivated, resourceful and able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment

Construction Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project managers and project engineers as needed

  • Follow-up with vendors and subcontractors as required

  • Track certificates of insurance, construction documents, submittals, change orders, sub closeout, and all other procedures relevant to general construction

  • Assist with scheduling, distributing bid documents, collect waivers, and prepare construction draws and sworn statements

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct or related experience in construction administration

  • Knowledge of and experience with construction draws, waivers, AIA software,  title companies, and construction closeout

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

  • Ability to be proactive and forward-thinking

  • Ability to productively work with a variety of personalities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; must be able to multi-task and adhere to multiple deadlines on a daily/weekly basis

Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing reports, presentations, letters, and other correspondence

  • Coordinating projects that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff

  • Responsible for managing the executive’s calendar and meetings

  • Attend meetings to record minutes

  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports

  • Acts as the liaison for the executive team

  • Handles confidential information; organizes and maintains files

  • Prepares information and research for executive needs

  • Willingness to adapt and perform roles outside of primary responsibilities to enhance organizational efficiency

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand

  • Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information

  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision

  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role

  • Answers phone inquiries, directs calls for the executive team

  • Able to perform all clerical duties, taking memos, maintaining files and confidential information, organizing documents as needed

  • Extremely efficient, organized and resourceful

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to deal with many personalities

  • Robust decision-making skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; have strong attention to detail 

  • Able to concentrate on multiple tasks at once

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Adobe Suite (Acrobat, PDF, Reader), Dropbox,, and Microsoft Outlook; scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must

  • A minimum of five years prior experience in mid-to senior-level administration, business, management, or related field
