Acquisition of 30,000+ SF office and warehouse building will supplement the company’s industrial portfolio in northern Cook County
Chicago, IL – December 9, 2025 – The Missner Group announced today that it has completed the purchase of 8130 River Drive, a 30,642 SF industrial property in the Chicago suburb of Morton Grove, Illinois. The building, which features a blend of office and warehouse space with one interior dock door and two drive-in doors, offers flexibility for a variety of industrial users and will be marketed to potential tenants following improvements and repositioning.
The acquisition of 8130 River Drive is a continuation of The Missner Group’s ongoing strategy of adding value to high-quality, second-generation industrial properties in hyper-infill locations with limited supply. The asset benefits from exceptional connectivity, with easy access to major highways including I-294, I-90, and I-94,which provides a direct north-south connection into Chicago and Illinois’ desirable North Shore. Additionally, the building is well positioned to capitalize on the large pool of skilled labor found in northern Cook County.
