THE MISSNER GROUP x REALTERM

In October of 2021 The Missner Group and Realterm announced a three-project joint venture with a goal to develop infill warehouse and distribution facilities in the greater Chicago region. In the third quarter of 2023, construction wrapped on the final of the three projects, ultimately delivering over 450,000 square feet of speculative industrial space.

All three buildings were designed with the intention to serve as logistics and transportation hubs, have obtained a 6B, and are located with access to ample labor pools
