The Missner Group Announces One New Lease and Two Lease Renewals for Q1 2019

The Missner Group is pleased to announce one new lease and two lease renewals, totaling close to 23,000 square feet for first quarter 2019. Touhy Avenue in Des Plaines, Illinois.  The new Lease and second renewal is for their newly acquired property at 901-929 AEC Drive in Wood Dale, Illinois

Weslite, Inc. has signed a 36-month, 9,000 square foot lease for Touhy Industrial Plaza, where they have been tenants for five years. Weslite Inc. specializes in the distribution of lighting products and innovative technologies nation-wide.

Transworld Freight Systems Corporation has executed a new 50-month lease for 9,000 square feet at 900 AEC Drive in Wood Dale. Transworld Freight Systems Corporation is a new tenant at this property and their services include management of international import and export cargo transportation services.

Additionally, OPC Construction, Inc. has signed a 7,000 square foot, 60-month lease renewal at the Wood Dale property. The company has been at this location for nine years and is a carpentry, drywall, and ceiling contractor specializing in commercial, educational, and institutional construction.
