The Ask:

The Missner Group partnered with Realterm to develop a 249,600 square foot speculative building in East Chicago, Indiana. The partnership wanted to provide a small scale shallowbay building that would serve light manufacturing, logistics, and distribution providers.

The Delivery:

The Missner Group served as the general contractor for the development and oversaw the entire design-build process. The development offers 32’ clear heights, an ESFR sprinkler system, 40 exterior docks, and two (2) drive-in doors.
