The Ask:

The Missner Group partnered with Bridge Industrial to develop and build a speculative industrial building in Melrose Park with ample space for logistic companies.

The Delivery:

The Missner Group relied on its in-house pre-development and construction team to present Bridge Point Melrose Park II, a 187,000 square-foot, Class A modern industrial development on 12 acres located in Melrose Park, IL.

The Missner Group served as the general contractor for the development and oversaw the entire design-build process. The development is LEED Certified and offers 36’ clear heights, an ESFR sprinkler system, 32 exterior docks, 30 trailer parking stalls, and 221 car parking stalls.
