The Ask:

The Missner Group partnered with Realterm to develop a 130,354-square-foot speculative building in Chicago’s Back of the Yards neighborhood. The partnership aimed to provide a small-scale shallow bay building that would serve light manufacturing, logistics, and distribution providers.

The Delivery:

The Missner Group served as the general contractor for the development and oversaw the entire design-build process. The development offers 32’ clear heights, an ESFR sprinkler system, 26 dock positions, 20 trailer stalls, two drive-in doors, and parking for 276 cars. After completion, the building received a designed to be Energy Star award.
