The Missner Group Acquires IOS Asset at 3106 S. Homan Avenue in Chicago
CHICAGO, October 9, 2026 – The Missner Group (TMG) has acquired 3106 S. Homan Avenue, a 2.87-acre industrial outdoor storage site on Chicago's Southwest Side. The property is fully leased to Schneider National (NYSE: SNDR), one of North America's largest transportation and logistics companies, which runs fleet operations from the site.

The property includes a 16,000-square-foot truck maintenance building with six drive-in service bays and a paved yard for trailer and truck parking. It's about 1.5 miles from I-55 and roughly 7 miles from downtown Chicago.

The acquisition is the latest for TMG in the Chicago area and reflects their focus on acquiring hard-to-find infill sites across Chicagoland. Properties like 3106 S. Homan, close to major highways and city’s core, are increasingly scarce as available industrial land continues to shrink.
