The Missner Group will renovate the existing 19,550 SF Mercedes-Benz dealership in Northbrook, IL
Northbrook, IL- November 5, 2026 - The Missner Group has commenced construction on the interior renovation on Autohaus Automotive, Inc, a Mercedes Benz Dealership located in Northbrook, Illinois. The 19,550 SF renovation will modernize the dealership's first-floor customer and employee spaces, including the showroom, customer lounge, vehicle delivery area, sales offices, service offices, and circulation corridors. Additional improvements include upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as the installation of new customer EV charging capabilities.
Designed to align with current Mercedes-Benz brand standards, the renovation will enhance the customer experience through updated finishes, improved amenities, and a more efficient operational layout while creating an elevated environment for both customers and staff.
The Missner Group is serving as the general contractor for the project, with Fitzgerald Architecture Planning Design providing architectural services. Located at 1600 Frontage Road in Northbrook, the property has long served the North Shore community as a trusted source for new and certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service.
