The ask:

Creative Hospitality Concepts sought a general contractor to transform a 6,152 sq ft retail space into an upscale Rosebud Steakhouse at 500 W. Dundee Rd, within the Uptown 500 mixed-use development. The project required an open kitchen concept, seating for approximately 200 guests, private and semi-private dining areas, a spacious bar, live entertainment space, and a wine wall with storage for hundreds of rare vintages
