THE ASK:

Fabio Viviani and his team sought a general contractor to construct a new upscale restaurant in Lake Zurich, Illinois. The project required a full build-out including a restaurant-grade kitchen, dry storage, freezer and cooler space, a large bar area, and an outdoor patio. The location also needed to complement the adjacent Sanctuary of Lake Zurich development, previously completed by The Missner Group.

Our team delivered a fully functional, high-end restaurant that met the client’s specifications, including the kitchen, bar, patio, and storage areas, while ensuring design consistency with the nearby Sanctuary of Lake Zurich.
