Terry manages the daily operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across TMG's properties — conducting safety inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating outside contractors to keep facilities safe and code-compliant.

With over 15 years of experience, Terry's superpower is problem solving, and he finds real satisfaction in completing a challenging job or project. What he values most about TMG is its family atmosphere, and being close to his own family is what he loves most about the Chicago area.
