Ashley oversees the day-to-day performance of TMG's property portfolio, working to protect and grow asset value across every property she manages.

With over 10 years of experience, Ashley's superpower is being "the fixer" — identifying problems early and cleaning them up before they become bigger issues. Her favorite part of the role is adding value to a property through strategic lease-up efforts, operational improvements, and capital investments, often leveraging all three together to enhance overall performance.

What she appreciates most about TMG is having ownership so actively involved day to day — she says you can learn so much just by listening to them. She has previously volunteered with Catholic Charities, United Way, and local food pantries.
