Maxx drives TMG's investment strategy, from sourcing new opportunities and structuring debt and equity to leasing and hands-on oversight of active projects in the field.

With over 5 years in commercial real estate, including hands-on experience in industrial investments, Maxx describes his superpower as being a "strategic Swiss Army knife" — shifting seamlessly between every phase of a deal and staying agile as priorities change. What he loves most about TMG is the blend of real estate investment and hands-on construction under one roof, paired with a genuinely humble, zero-ego culture where anyone's door is open to talk strategy.

His favorite part of the role is the balance of high-level dealmaking and hands-on execution — the autonomy and excitement of running a business, backed by strong mentorship and resources, without the corporate bureaucracy. He gets to evaluate assets on the front lines, lead Investment Committee discussions, and understand every layer of the business.
