With over 25 years of experience, David leads with a high level of emotional intelligence — he believes people are important and makes sure they feel that way. He loves that although TMG is small, it's mighty, with an agility that works to the company's advantage. His favorite part of the job is connecting with people: as he puts it, you can't do a deal without having a conversation.
