Stephen is responsible for the operational and financial performance of TMG's property portfolio, overseeing the property management group and all tenant relations.

With over 20 years of experience, Stephen's superpower is problem solving — a skill that serves him well as TMG continues to grow its management footprint and team. What he values most about TMG is a team that consistently goes the extra mile, both for clients and for each other.

Stephen is deeply involved in his community, serving as an active volunteer on the local and national boards of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), as a trustee overseeing facilities at his church, and on the board of directors for Juniper Table, a missionary organization serving in Eswatini.
