John Elliott

Director of Preconstruction

John leads TMG's preconstruction efforts, working to identify and solve problems long before they can impact a project.

With years of experience he jokes amount to "about three lifetimes in construction years," John's superpower is making complicated things sound simple — and simple things sound expensive. What he loves most about TMG is the people, and a culture built on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect. His favorite part of the role is catching challenges early, often before anyone else realizes they're there.

Outside of work initiatives, John gives back to the Alzheimer's Association.
