Alec oversees day-to-day construction activity on site, keeping crews on schedule and holding the work to TMG's standard of quality and safety.

With over 5 years of experience, Alec's superpower is keeping the peace — bringing a steady, level-headed presence to the job site. What he loves most about TMG is its size: he knows everyone in the office and in the field by name. His favorite part of the role is meeting new people and hearing their stories.

Alec is deeply committed to his community, volunteering roughly 40 hours a week at or through his local church.
