THE ASK:

Taste of Nature required a general contractor to transform a 126,428 sq ft facility at 1111 Wheeling Road into a state-of-the-art candy manufacturing and distribution operation. The project demanded comprehensive upgrades to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to support large-scale food production, along with specialized areas for equipment installation, improved loading docks, and enhanced office spaces for administrative functions.

THE DELIVERY:

The Missner Group was selected as the general contractor for this tenant improvement project. Our team collaborated with leading design consultants to ensure the build-out met the specific requirements of a large-scale candy manufacturing and distribution operation. This took place in phases as Taste of Nature had to remain operational throughout the processes. Significant health and safety precautions were put into place throughout. The renovation included upgrades to the facility’s infrastructure and the creation of specialized areas to support the client's operational needs.
