The Missner Group Breaks Ground in Addison

Joint-development partners, The Missner Group and Realterm, are pleased to announce that ground has broken on the ±80,464 SF. industrial development at 50 S. Fairbank in Addison, IL.

The property is a speculative development situated on ±5.71 AC acres that will comprise of a state-of-the-art ±80,464 SF industrial distribution center in the heart of the West Suburbs submarket. The development will feature divisibility to 25,000 SF, office to suit, two drive-in doors, 13 exterior docks and a 32' clear ceiling height. 

The Missner Group’s project manager, Robert Berg, and senior project superintendent, Dan Zboncak, will lead construction on behalf of the firm. Cal Payne and Genna Nicketta of CBRE  are the property’s brokers. Cornerstone Architects provided architectural services.
