The Missner Group Begins Construction on Rosebud Restaurant in Wheeling

Des Plaines, February 28, 2024/ The Missner Group (TMG) a Chicago-based fully integrated general contractor and real estate developer, is thrilled to announce they have begun construction on the new 6,152 square-foot Rosebud Steakhouse in Wheeling, Illinois.  

The new upscale steakhouse is being built at 500 W. Dundee Rd on the first floor of the retail portion of Uptown 500, a mixed-use multifamily complex.

Construction of the vacant space at Uptown 500 will consist of 1,524 square feet of kitchen space inclusive of 3,465 square feet of seating space. The construction teams will also oversee the build-out of the patio space.

Rosebud Steakhouse in Wheeling is expected to be completed in the Summer of 2024.  

Architectural services were provided by Rohn Associates.
