The Missner Group Adds New Director of Preconstruction

(Des Plaines, IL – February 23, 2024) - The Missner Group (TMG), a prominent Chicago-based fully integrated general contractor, and real estate developer, proudly announces the appointment of John Elliott, LEED AP, to their Construction team. Joining as the Director of Preconstruction, John brings a wealth of expertise to TMG's construction endeavors.

In his new capacity, John assumes leadership of the estimating department, spearheading initiatives from the inception of projects. His role entails comprehensive oversight of cost analysis, scheduling, logistical planning, and other pivotal aspects crucial to project success.

With over 25 years of industry experience, John boasts a robust background in construction management across various market sectors. Prior to joining TMG, he held key positions including Senior Construction Project Manager at Graycor, Construction Project Manager/Estimator at Power Construction Company, LLC, and Senior Estimating and Preconstruction Manager at InSite Real Estate, LLC.

John has previously worked on notable projects such as The Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont, five different Tesla remodels throughout the Midwest, and 14727 Laplaisance Rd, Monroe Michigan (a 1.1 million square foot build-to-suit warehouse/distribution center). His project history spans across nearly every sector and size range.

The addition of John Elliott marks TMG's latest strategic move in bolstering its Construction team.
