McGrath Auto Group sought a general contractor to oversee the construction of a new, two-building dealership in Chicago. The project required the development of a 58,000 sq ft service center and a 36,000 sq ft showroom, both designed to reflect Mazda's latest branding and to enhance the customer experience.

The delivery:

The Missner Group was selected as the general contractor for this project. Our team managed the construction of both buildings, which included high-end aluminum and glass paneling systems, rooftop vehicle storage, and a tunnel car wash. The service center was equipped with multiple service bays, while the showroom featured valet services and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The project was completed on schedule, delivering a state-of-the-art facility that aligns with Mazda's brand standards.
