Nicole supports TMG's project management team by organizing daily workflows, tracking milestones, and keeping project documentation on track.

With over 20 years of experience, Nicole thrives on the trust and autonomy TMG gives her — she appreciates being able to manage her responsibilities and determine the best path forward while staying accountable for high-quality, on-time results. Her favorite part of the job is maintaining strong coordination between TMG's project managers and subcontractors to drive projects to completion.

Outside of her role, Nicole gives back to a long list of causes, including the Alzheimer's Foundation, Greater Chicago Food Depository, American Lung Association, American Heart Association, and the National Autistic Society.
