Neely leads TMG's construction organization, setting the strategic direction and standards that guide every project the company builds.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Neely's superpower is helping people become the best version of themselves — balancing accountability with encouragement to bring out the best in her team. What she values most about TMG is the people and the opportunity to make an impact: every person here has a hand in shaping the company's future, and she loves being part of building that future together.

Neely is especially passionate about developing people, noting that while buildings eventually become part of the skyline, investing in people creates an impact that lasts far beyond any single project. She's deeply involved with the Boys and Girls Club of North Central Illinois, where she serves on the Schaumburg Board as well as the Board of Governors.
