Marissa leads all marketing and communications at The Missner Group, overseeing everything from investor correspondence and digital marketing to public relations and event planning. She's the steady hand behind TMG's brand and voice, making sure the company's story comes through clearly in every channel.

With over 5 years of experience in the industry, Marissa still finds the work energizing because it never sits still — new projects, new challenges, and constant change that keeps her sharp. That adaptability has become one of her biggest strengths, and it shows in how smoothly she moves between the boardroom and the job site.

What keeps her at TMG is simple: the people. She describes the team as one that shows up, works hard, and genuinely has fun together — a reflection of the Midwest values she loves about Chicago and the communities TMG builds in. Outside of work, she supports that same spirit of community through TMG's annual involvement with Lurie Children's Hospital and the Walk to End ALZ.
