Emily leads and coordinates complex commercial construction projects, working closely with owners' representatives and subcontractors to keep every job on time and on budget.

With over 10 years of experience, Emily brings a steady, solutions-focused approach to even the toughest conversations — she has a knack for finding the humor in high-pressure moments and keeping projects moving forward.

What she loves most about TMG is the atmosphere: a team of people who genuinely enjoy the work and the wide range of interesting projects they get to build together. Her favorite part of the job is simply working alongside her team every day. Outside of TMG, she supports the Bolingbrook Soccer Club.
