Elle manages the day-to-day operations of TMG's real estate portfolio, serving as the connector between tenants, owners, and maintenance teams.

With over 2 years of experience, Gabrielle brings an organized, detail-oriented approach to everything from lease administration to vendor coordination — a natural fit for her love of larger renovation projects and seeing a final result come together. Her favorite part of the job is getting out to TMG's properties to see tenant spaces and completed work firsthand.

She credits TMG's supportive, welcoming culture, as her favorite thing about working here, and she loves calling Chicago home!
