With over 3 years of experience, Cypher's superpower is resourcefulness paired with strong Excel modeling skills. He loves TMG's fully integrated, family-feel culture — he can easily walk over to collaborate with project managers, asset managers, acquisitions and development, and construction all under one roof. His favorite part of the job is learning from people across a variety of backgrounds and expertise, from seasoned investors to contractors, estimators, and managers.

Cypher supports Ronald McDonald House, the Greater Chicago Food Depository, Pets 4 Vets, and Lurie Children's Hospital.
