THE ASK:

The Chicago-based fruit supplier tapped The Missner Group to complete a 61,000 square-foot tenant improvement for their new industrial space. They required freezer cooler capabilities and a ripening room. Their space needed to meet food safety regulations and improve efficiencies for their operation.

THE DELIVERY:

The Missner Group served as the general contractor for the tenant improvement, overseeing the entire design-build process. Our team collaborated closely with ATOM Banana’s principals to ensure a seamless build.

The project included significant HVAC, electrical, and mechanical upgrades, office space, ripening rooms, freezer and cooler spaces, and processing spaces.
