The Missner Group to Begin Construction on Mixed-Use Development in Lake Zurich

Construction will include the building of 23 residential townhomes along Lake Zurich and a 4,200 SF retail building

The Missner Group is pleased to announce they have been selected as general contractor for LZ Development Group, LLC’s, The Sanctuary of Lake Zurich, a mixed-use multifamily and retail complex located at Old Rand Road and Route 12.

The Sanctuary of Lake Zurich will consist of 23 residential townhomes within three buildings along the waterfront and a 4,200 square foot freestanding retail property. Residents of this community are able to enjoy private beach and pier access along the lake and high-end amenities, offering country club conveniences, including an on-site restaurant.

The construction team for The Missner Group will be led by Bottalla, serving as the project executive, Bob Nomellini, COO of Construction, Paul Cohen, Head Estimator, and Keith Hairrell, Superintendent. Funke Architects is providing architectural services.

Completion is slated for early 2023
