The Missner Group Begins Construction on Two-Building Dealership in Chicago

The Missner Group is pleased to announce they have been selected as the general contractor by the McGrath Auto Group for their new, two-building McGrath City Mazda dealership located on adjacent lots at 6601 W. Fullerton Avenue and 6701 W. Grand Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.

The Missner Group will construct a cutting-edge showroom, sales, and service center, The exterior of both buildings will feature a high-end aluminum and glass paneling system, as well as roof-deck parking to store extra inventory. The dealership will also include a tunnel car wash.

The Missner Group’s project team includes; Aldo Bottalla, Project Executive, Paul Cohen, Head Estimator, Angelo Christopher, General Superintendent, and Pat Howard, Project Superintendent. Simon Design Group will provide the architectural services.

Construction completion is slated for Q3 2022.
