The Missner Group and Greystar-Thackeray Acquire Multi-Tenant Industrial Building in Wheeling, IL.

(Des Plaines, IL, The Missner Group (TMG), in joint venture with Greystar-Thackeray, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 58,174 square foot multi-tenant industrial building in Wheeling, Illinois.

1-5 Messner Drive is a warehouse facility located near Interstate-294 and Willow Road in Wheeling, IL. The building is fully leased and features 16’ clear height, 5 interior docks, 3 drive-in-doors, and ample car parking.

Brendan Green and Anne Dempsey of Colliers represented the seller and brokered the sale to The Missner Group and Greystar-Thackeray.
