The Missner Group To Construct New Dealership In Streamwood

The Missner Group is pleased to announce the firm has been selected as the design-build general contractor for the new Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram at 1500 W. Lake Street in Streamwood, Illinois. The two-story, 67,000 square foot dealership is the third project The Missner Group has served as general contractor for the Bob Loquercio Auto Group.

The sleek and modern interior will feature a 15,000 square foot showroom, exhibiting 11 vehicles coupled with exterior vehicle hills, giving the appearance of the vehicles in their “off-road” environment. The new dealership will have the capacity to hold ample inventory, storing close to 500 vehicles on-site for immediate access. Additionally, a 30,000 square foot service area will be constructed, containing 35 service bays to provide efficient and expedited service.

Construction of the facility will include the implementation of unique amenities to ensure customer satisfaction and convenience. Guests of the dealership will enjoy valet parking, drive-in service lanes, a contemporary and amenity-rich customer lounge, where guests can enjoy free WiFi and help themselves to a Starbucks® coffee bar, among other things.

The Missner Group’s project manager, Scott Clark, will lead the project on behalf of the firm, with Steve Bulger serving as project superintendent.  Ron Vari and Associates, Inc. will provide architectural services. The project is slated for completion Q2 2020.
