Northbrook, IL

The Missner Group was the design/builder for the 80,000 SF Mercedes-Benz dealership, designed and built to be the largest and most technologically advanced Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Midwest. The 7.2-acre site encompasses a 113 new car inventory, 31 service bays, a three-lane service drive and underground car storage for more than 250 vehicles.

The Missner Group was selected as the design/builder for the new, three-story, 60,000 SF medical office for the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute. Designed to accommodate the stringent and changing demands of the medical community, the space features MRI, X-ray and CT areas, physical and occupational therapy rooms, offices and conference facilities.

The Missner Group was selected as the general contractor by AMB Property Corporation for a new 126,000 SF distribution center for Forward Air near O'Hare Intl. Airport. The build-to-suit distribution facility consists of 24' clear ceiling heights, 107 dock locations, three drive-in doors and also features 11,000 square feet of two story office space.

Greenwood Associates

Niles, IL

The Missner Group executed pre-construction and build-to-suit services on this 60,000 SF concentrate blending and processing facility. Upon resolving easement and infrastructure challenges, the Missner Group built a facility with labs; tank rooms; coolers and freezers, and an on-site sports bar. This project meets the FDA's food safety protocol.
