Our firm has acquired 1220 West Van Buren Street in Chicago, Illinois. We plan to redevelop the 115,000 square foot office/showroom and manufacturing building into a Class A, commercial loft building to further support the growing demand of companies looking to be in the West Loop.
The redevelopment plans for The Oxxford include building-out the space to include open floor plans, exposed ductwork, concrete and brick features as well as the addition of modern amenities including a tenant lounge with rooftop deck, fitness center, conference center, locker rooms, as well as bike parking facilities, all with the goal of keeping the character and respecting the history of the property.
Our firm will serve as the general contractor for a new 152,300 square foot industrial development at 800 phoenix lake Drive in Streamwood, Illinois.
The development will feature office to-suit, 32’ clear heights, 22 exterior docks, 52’ X 55’ bay spacing, two drive-in doors and an ESFR fire-sprinkler system. The property will offer up to 181 parking spaces.
Located in the Northwest Suburban sub-markets, the property is 6B tax secured and is divisible to 40,000 square feet. The location allows for easy access to I-390, I-90, and Route 59.
Our firm has been selected as the general contractor for a new 66,000 square foot Chrysler dealership at 1600 Lake Street in Streamwood on behalf of The Bob Loquercio Auto Group. This is the third project our firm has done for the Bob Loquercio Auto Group, having recently completed the new 226,000 square foot Chicago Northside Toyota dealership on Western Avenue and renovations for Elgin Toyota in Streamwood, Illinois.
The new dealership will feature a café, client lounge area, modernized showroom, and a premier service center. Additionally, the dealership will feature a large executive and sales space for the dealership team.

Olympian Office Center
The Olympian Office Center property located at 4343 Commerce Court in Lisle, Illinois is situated along I-88 in the East/West Tollway submarket of suburban Chicago.
Acquired by The Missner Group in 2016, the Olympian Office Center underwent a wide-spread renovation, which included extensive exterior and interior improvements to modernize the space. New features include a WiFi lounge, shared conferencing rooms, workout facilities complete with locker rooms and showers, new elevators, window treatments and significant lobby improvements including all new common area furniture.
Our firm, alongside Timber Hill Group, is developing a new 12.5–acre overnight truck parking facility in Melrose Park, Illinois. The development will be situated at 2100 N 15th Avenue, along Armitage Avenue in the O’Hare Cook County submarket of Chicago.
Our construction team will demolish the existing 300,000 square foot dilapidated multi-tenant industrial building. In its place, the firm will construct a modern, gate-secured, fully-lighted monthly parking facility for 285 tractor-trailers. Additionally, the facility will be complete with the installation of a stormwater detention system, all new electric service, security system monitoring activity, as well as full-site landscaping with a fenced enclosure.
We have been selected as general contractor for Integrated Merchandising Systems (IMS) at 8338 Austin Avenue in Morton Grove, Illinois. The 34,000 square foot renovation will encompass a complete modernization of the space where they have worked out of for more than 40 years.
The tenant improvement project will include a comprehensive remodel of all office spaces and common areas. Our team will transform the existing office area to incorporate modern open-office design. We will also integrate new fixtures, millwork, flooring, and paint throughout the space.

We are joining GSP Development to bring you Apex 400 Apartments, a new construction development of multi-family luxury apartment/retail property, located in the bustling downtown district of Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The proposed development is a five-story, 232,000 square foot building consisting of 107 residential units and 8,800 square feet of retail on the first floor.Each residential unit features a balcony, in-unit washer and dryers, state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, security system, ceiling fans, and walk-in closets. Naf Naf Grill
Our team has been selected for the build-out of a new Naf Naf Grill location at 231 S. LaSalle Street in Chicago, Illinois.
The new Middle Eastern restaurant will feature a high-end kitchen equipped with a walk-in cooler and a bakery to host the restaurant chain’s signature pita oven. Renovations will also include a dining room space and restrooms to serve their customers.
Our construction team will reconstruct the new highly customized space with framing, roofing, and drywall, upgraded electrical and plumbing systems, as well as added flooring, paint finishes, carpentry and assist with all FF&E implementation.

Bunzl Retail Services
We are pleased to announce a 10-year lease renewal for Bunzl Retail Services at 8338 Austin Avenue in Morton Grove, Illinois. Our firm has been selected to renovate their current 50,000 square foot space, where the company will serve the remainder of their renewed lease.
The project will include expanding the office space by 8,500 square feet and warehouse facility by 12,500 square feet. The renovation will consist of extensive interior improvements modernizing the space. Enhancements will include all new finishes to private office suites, conferencing and reception facilities, as well as upgrades to the manufacturing/distribution space. Additionally, new flooring, ceilings and lighting will be added throughout.
Our firm has acquired the Cadence at Conway Park located at 300 N. Field Drive in Lake Forest, Illinois. The 138,000 square foot, three-story, Class A office property is situated along I-294 in the Lake County submarket of Suburban Chicago, which is home to numerous bio, healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations.
