| The Missner Group is pleased to announce that the firm has teamed with AMB Property Corporation to develop a 253,262 square foot warehouse build-to-suit for Coaster Company of America in Des Plaines, Illinois. The largest O'Hare Market deal to-date this year, Coaster's new facility will be located at 255 Wille Road and will include an 18,000 square foot office and showroom, 30' clear ceiling heights, and 55 dock positions. The warehouse will also feature fluorescent lighting to provide an energy efficient environment for the furniture distributor. |
