The sale is valued at approximately $585,000. Located at 105 Revere Drive, the 17,500 square foot, single story, multi-tenant office property has been repositioned for sale to end-users as office-condo space. The Northbrook offices are located within close proximity to Interstates 294 and 94. Gensburg selected the condo due to its ideal location on Revere Drive, its ample parking and newly improved landscaping.
