The Missner Group was selected as the design/builder for the new three-story, 60,000 square foot medical office facility for the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI).

Located at 900 East Rand Road in Des Plaines, Illinois, the IBJI will occupy approximately 20,000 square feet of the building which will include offices, examination rooms, MRI facilities, X-ray facilities and related medical support.

Strategically designed for the stringent demands of the medical community the space will feature specially engineered mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as well as flexible space to adjust to changing technological and staff needs.

The Des Plaines facility will house the newest locationfor the IBJI, which has more than 20 locations throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.
