The Missner Group was selected as the design/builder for the 80,000 square foot Mercedes-Benz dealership which was designed and built to be the largest and most technologically advanced Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Midwest.

The 7.2-acre site encompasses a 113 new car inventor, 31 service bays, a three-lane service drive, customer parking and additional new car storage for more than 250 vehicles. The distinctive showroom features room to display 12 new Mercedes-Benz vehicles, sales office, and an adjacent vehicle delivery area.

The Autohaus on Edens represents an excellent example of a challenging design/build project. The Missner Group coordinated multiple land acquisitions in several villages as well as extensive wetland mitigation and a massive underground detention withe lift stations.
