The Missner Group was selected as the general contractor by AMB Property Corporation for a new 126,000 square foot distribution center for Forward Air, located at 250 Wille Road in Des Plaines, Illinois.

The new build-to-suit distribution facility consists of 24’ clear ceiling heights, 107 docks, three drive-in doors and also features 11,000 square feet for two-stories of office space.

Forward Air is a contractor to the air cargo industry providing time-definite ground transportation services through a network of 81 terminals located on or near major airports in the United States and Canada.
