A joint-venture development between The Missner Group and AMB Property Corporation, the Coaster Company distribution center was one of the largest within the O’Hare Market in 2007.

The distribution center received the Development of the Year award at the 2007 NAIOP Awards for Excellence.

The Missner Group constructed the new 253,400 square foot build-to-suit which features an 18,000 square foot office and showroom, 30’ clear ceiling heights, and 55 dock positions. The warehouse also includes fluorescent lighting to provide an energy efficient environment for the furniture distributor.
