The Missner Group has been selected to complete a $2.5 million expansion on behalf of Berkshire Refrigerated Warehouse, LLC.  The warehouse facility is located at 4550 S. Packers Avenue in Chicago.

The Missner Group was selected by Berkshire Refrigerated, a private, cold storage warehouser, to complete a 14,000 square foot addition to the existing property.

Constructed of structural steel and insulated metal wall panels, the new construction will feature a 3,000 square foot USDA boxing room, 11 new dock positions, and a 3,000 square foot office mezzanine. The space will utilize a joint-less concrete flooring system as well as vertical lift dock equipment with integrated truck restraints. The Missner Group will also complete numerous site and landscaping improvements.
