Judd Missner

Chairman

Representing the second generation of The Missner entities and the company his father started 65 years ago, Mr. Missner as Chairman of The Missner Group, now employs a level of leadership and expertise seen by many as unmatched in our industry.

Mr. Missner has over 55 years of experience in the construction and real estate development business. His responsibilities as Chairman are far-reaching and broad. Mr. Missner provides knowledge, support and expertise to every aspect of the family business from the various entities to each individual.

In terms of construction, you will be hard pressed to find a more complete and knowledgeable person in the field. Throughout Mr. Missner's extensive career, he has worked as a laborer, foreman, carpenter, estimator, project engineer, project manager and has an extensive and complete understanding of every trade associated with any project. Mr. Missner will leave no stone unturned, and his attention to detail is flawless.

Barry C. Missner

President

Mr. Missner, as President of The Missner Group and one of three principal owners, is responsible for management of the firm's day-to-day operations. Barry coordinates strategic planning efforts that provide direction for the firm's future growth. In addition to working one-on-one with clients, assisting them with new project development, he guides the firm's executive management team and oversees the legal and financial operations of the company.

Barry's involvement with the Missner entities focuses on corporate operations as well as the responsibilities of real estate development and investment. Barry has 20 years of experience in areas of lease negotiations, property and asset management, real estate acquisition and disposition, construction and mortgage financing, joint venture structures, private syndications and receivership.

Barry Missner is a candidate for the CCIM designation given by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, a national forum member of NAIOP and volunteers with the Center for Economic Progress.

Glen Missner

Executive Vice President

Glen Missner, as Executive Vice President of The Missner Group and one of two principal owners, Glen is responsible for working with clients to successfully implement and manage the planning, design, and construction stages of various projects. He is personally involved in the development of new projects from conceptual planning and budgeting phases through permitting and project completion. Glen leads a team of highly skilled and professional project managers, project engineers and field personal. He works closely with the organizations team members to ensure that all aspects of each project are handled in a thorough and professional manner. Glen has participated in more than $250 million worth of construction projects throughout the Chicago area. During his career, Glen has also participated in numerous development and acquisition projects and utilizes his construction experiences to add value and creativity to the team.

Glen, like his father grew-up learning the construction business in the field and through the trades. Since the age of 15 Glen has worked in the field as a laborer, foreman and carpenter apprentice for the Missner Construction Company. In addition, Glen worked for various sub-trades including concrete, masonry and carpentry. Subsequent to coming to work 20 years ago at The Missner Group Glen has worked in the real estate asset management side of the business as well as working as a project engineer and project manager.

Edward M. Adler

Senior Vice President, Development, Acquisitions

Mr. Adler is a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for the firm. He leads the firm's real estate acquisitions, business development, and capital fundraising for syndication and equity funds.

As Senior Vice President, Mr. Adler sources equity investment opportunities thereby bringing qualified investments to the firm, its partners, and its clients. He is responsible for the development and maintenance of solid donor relationships, and the identification and implementation of new direct response programs intended to increase income and reduce the cost of fundraising. Mr. Adler also manages the real estate brokers responsible for the sale or leasing of the firm's properties and has been instrumental in the completion of several major lease signings on the firm's behalf.

Prior to joining the Missner Group in 2004, Mr. Adler was a partner at Landstar Development, a private equity and real estate acquisition firm where he was responsible for more than 30 transactions valued in excess of $60 million. Mr. Adler was also employed as a commercial real estate broker for a number of years for firms including Sheldon F. Good & Associates, Baird & Warner Commercial and Grubb & Ellis where he was consistently recognized as a top producer.

Mr. Adler is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison where he earned his Bachelor of Arts. He is an active volunteer for the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF).

Jess Knigge

Vice President, Construction

As Vice President of Construction, Jess Knigge is responsible for the scheduling, production, and presentation of the firm's construction services and operations throughout the company. Jess is personally involved in the development of new projects from conceptual planning and budgeting phases through permitting and project completion. He leads a team of project management professionals and support staff focused on implementing design and construction activities for a wide range of The Missner Group's projects. His construction and build-to- suit experience provides Missner Group clients and projects a superior degree of skill and managerial expertise. His comprehensive knowledge has guided the successful completion of numerous design/build projects.
